三街两巷一条河，是唐山饮食文化博物馆一层的设计主线。小山风情街、乡愁作坊街、特色美食街，由一条概念滦河贯穿其中，两个小巷穿插连通主街，形成小镇式街巷体验。航船、戏台、 河畔人家、古河道、古桥，美景美食荟萃 。

唐山宴有点像大同的凤临阁，有包间，但更多的像城隍庙，有唱有跳有大排档！烤鱿鱼烤肉串是真好吃，水果捞也好，唐山的栗子和咯吱也出名……就是人太多了！等位子等得心烦啊！
